DecoRoof™ PURCHASE ORDERS Billing: Purchase Orders for future billing will only be accepted from established accounts. All others must be prepaid in full. Prepaid orders may be paid by check, money order, VISA or MasterCard. Acceptance: All orders will be accepted subject to our ability to furnish the items specified in the purchase order; and may be revoked after acceptance due to fires, accidents, stoppage of labor, or any other condition beyond our control. All orders accepted are subject to our ability to obtain materials. Ordering: Purchase Orders should be faxed to us if possible. Telephone orders will be held until a hard-copy confirmation is received. Prepaid orders will be held until payment in full is received. FAX Numbers: (800) 325-5355 or (828) 883-4836 Information Needed: Purchase Orders should be signed, dated, and clearly show both the billing address and the shipping address. Box numbers and RFD addresses cannot be used for shipping. A consignee telephone number is required for all shipments. Acknowledgements: We will confirm your purchase order via fax with an anticipated shipping date. Changes and Cancellations: If an order is cancelled or changed once work has started on it, we will bill you for lost time and materials. |

SHIPPING PROCEDURES (List prices do not include shipping and handling charges.) Normal Production Orders: Your acknowledgement will indicate an anticipated shipping date. Barring unexpected developments, we will ship your order on or before that date. Please remember that this shipping date is an estimate, not a promise. Please allow one week for the carrier to deliver your order. We interrupt normal production to produce expedited orders. We ship these orders as soon as they are ready. We cannot expedite custom orders! Expedite Fee: $25.00 per item Custom Units: Non-standard angles, custom heights and other non-standard sizes require special pattern layout. Additional pattern charges and lead time are required. ** Overseas shipments are available - Call (800) 326-5355 details. ** RETURNS Our Employees are Instructed To Refuse All Unauthorized Returns: Do not return any unit for any reason without authorization. If you have a problem with a shipment, please contact us. If it is the wrong unit or is defective in any way, we will correct the problem - but do not return the unit without authorization. If it was damaged in shipment, it must be noted on the "Bill of Lading". |

Western grade copper (99.9% Pure) gives you a "New Penny" finish you can preserve or let age naturally. Aged Copper: Premium 16 oz. copper aged to a natural patina finish (Equal to approximately 20 years of aging) that will continue aging or the life of the product. Gloss White: 0.032" aluminum with a white, high gloss, baked enamel finish. Gloss Black: 0.032" aluminum with a black, high gloss, baked enamel finish. Bright Brass Anodized Aluminum: 0.032"aluminum with a highly polished anodized brass color that is non-weathering and will last the life of the product.
