*New Construction: application is for Accents that will be installed before siding. They are flashed and require siding to be installed up to the unit.

Surface Mount: primarily for remodels or post construction applications and install on top of existing siding or masonry work. Brick applications require surface mounts at all times and must be mounted after such work is completed.

** The ACCENT roof portion comes in the finish selected, all ACCENT bases come in pre-finished white aluminum crown mould.

NOTE: THE ACCENT WINDOW MANTLE REQUIRES AT LEAST 4" OF CLEARANCE ON EACH SIDE OF THE WIDTH YOU PLAN TO COVER, AND 9" OF CLEARANCE ABOVE THE DOOR OR WINDOW.
